Race Record
A lightly raced New Zealand-bred mare who has been given the time to grow and mature, now best placed to race as an older horse much like the rest of her family.
Tam Na Ghar (as a nod to her mother Royal Queen, named after Prince William and Catherine’s private cottage in Scotland) has had eight starts for two wins and two placings. She broke her maiden earlier this year at the mid-week Metropolitans at Eagle Farm, more recently notching up her second career win with a dominant front-running display at the Gold Coast.
Her on pace style of racing suits Queensland and racing up to 1400m gives plenty of options as she works through her grades.

Progress Notes
Currently in work having last raced at the Sunshine Coast on Friday October 16 in unfavourable conditions on a Heavy track. She came up the inside on inferior ground but fought on gamely. Tam Na Ghar will have a freshen up between runs, there are plenty of race options for her next start early in November.
Video
Watch Tam Na Ghar win in early October.
An impressive front-running ride, putting herself in the lead and controlling the race.
She enjoys this style of racing and will be able to work through her grades here in South East Queensland.
